  • Flush existing fluids

  • Inspect Fork Intervals

  • Fill with proper oil volume

  • Set Adjusters

Shock Oil Change

  • Flush existing fluids

  • Inspect shock intervals

  • Fill with proper oil volume

  • Recharge shock with nitrogen

  • Set Adjusters

Fork Rebuild

  • Flush existing fluids

  • Disassemble Fork internals

  • Inspect Fork Internals

  • Clean & polish fork tubes

  • Replace seals and/or bushings

  • Fill with proper oil volume

  • Set Adjusters

Shock Rebuild

  • Flush existing fluids

  • Disassemble shock internals

  • Inspect shock intervals

  • Clean & polish shock shaft

  • Replace oil seal

  • Fill with proper oil volume

  • Recharge shock with nitrogen

  • Set adjusters

Fork Revalve

  • Flush existing fluids

  • DIsassemble fork interals

  • Inspect fork internals

  • Clean & polish fork tubes

  • Machine internals per specifications

  • Revalve compression assembly

  • Revalve rebound assembly

  • Revalve midvalve assembly

  • Fill with proper fluid

  • Set adjuster per rider specifications

  • Clean & polish shock shaft

  • Machine internals per specifications

  • Revalve compression assembly

  • Revalve rebound assembly

  • Fill with proper fluid
